H1: From a plan to a confirmed babysitter.

You stay in control of who looks after your children. Our platform brings together requests, sitter responses, booking details and payments in one place.

Create your family profile. Tell us your name, contact information, children’s ages and general location. Children do not have their own accounts. Your address and private care notes are not published in sitter listings.

Tell us what you need. Choose a visit of at least four hours, give at least 48 hours’ notice and describe the childcare duties. We’ll check whether the request fits our current service area and service scope.

Review interested sitters. Eligible sitters can see the information needed to decide whether to respond: approximate area, hours, number and ages of children, duties and relevant care needs. You can review their hourly rate, experience, languages and screening status.

Choose your sitter. Ask questions in the platform and confirm the agreed rate and visit details. A response alone does not reserve a sitter. A booking is confirmed only when both parties accept and you receive confirmation.

Prepare for the visit. Share the household routine, emergency contact and authorised pickup details securely. A short handover helps everyone start well.

Review the visit and pay. The sitter records the visit times. You can review or flag a discrepancy before final processing. Approved extensions are paid at the agreed rate. Invite the sitter again if you’d like, subject to their availability.
