You provide accurate application information, maintain required qualifications, report material changes in eligibility and accept only visits you can safely and reliably perform. You may decline requests. Acceptance creates a commitment to the confirmed visit, subject to genuine emergencies and the cancellation process.

Arrive on time, review the care plan and emergency contacts, remain fit for duty, supervise children appropriately and follow agreed instructions within your competence. Never leave children unattended, hand over to an unauthorised person, bring an unapproved visitor, use intoxicants or publish family details. Do not accept driving, overnight, swimming or medication duties outside the service scope.

Record time accurately; request approval for an extension before it begins. Report cancellations promptly and contact support if a family is unavailable or the home is unsafe. Immediate danger requires emergency services first. Do not retaliate against a family for a genuine concern or review.

Use family information only to perform and support the booking. Do not download or retain care notes for marketing, share access codes, or contact children privately. Delete personal copies when no longer needed subject to lawful record obligations. Child photographs require specific permission for a stated purpose; permission for a parent update is not permission for publicity.

Submit payout information through the secure approved process. Applicable employment, tax, immigration and other responsibilities follow law and the actual relationship, not merely labels in this agreement. Platform review or suspension includes an explanation and appeal route where safe and lawful; earned undisputed pay is not automatically forfeited.
