There are two separate parts to your price: your service fee or membership, and your babysitter’s pay. Your checkout shows both, plus any applicable taxes and approved extras.

What will an evening cost?
Illustration only: if your sitter’s agreed rate is $25/hour, a four-hour visit costs $100 in sitter pay. With Occasional, add $45: $145 before applicable taxes. With an active Family plan, there is no additional booking fee for that visit; sitter pay is $100, and your separate $99 membership covers its billing period. Actual sitter rates may differ.
A few things to know
- A four-hour minimum applies. Choosing to finish early does not reduce the agreed minimum or confirmed reserved time unless the sitter accepts an adjustment.
- One booking means one uninterrupted visit by one sitter. Extending that visit does not add another $45 fee.
- Another date or a separate visit is a new booking. Simultaneous bookings are not supported at launch.
- Sitter rates and approved extras are shown before confirmation. No automatic tips or hidden holiday charges. Any different rate requires agreement before confirmation or before an extension.
- For Family, the visit must start within an active paid membership period. When requesting a visit after the current period, choose a $45 booking or wait until the next period is paid; renewal intent alone does not cover a future visit.
- Unlimited bookings do not mean unlimited childcare hours. Each visit requires a willing, available sitter and separately paid hours.
- Membership starts when you purchase it. It renews on the same calendar day each month, or the last day of shorter months. Cancel online before the next renewal charge to stop future renewals.
